These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Sound Traders platform, including the website, your account, deposits, withdrawals, copy trading, live trading, the Trading Room and membership subscriptions. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the platform.

You must provide accurate information when registering, including your real name, email address and country. One person may hold one account.

You are responsible for keeping your password and any account PIN secret. Activity on your account is treated as activity by you.

We may ask you to verify your identity before certain actions, such as withdrawals. Providing false information is a violation of these terms.

Deposits can be made by cryptocurrency transfer or bank transfer to the wallets and accounts shown on the deposit page. A deposit is credited to your balance after it is reviewed and approved.

The currency you choose for your first deposit becomes your account currency and cannot be changed afterwards.

Only send funds from wallets or bank accounts that belong to you.

You may withdraw your available balance at any time, subject to identity verification and any membership-card PIN you have been issued.

Withdrawals are processed to the wallet or bank details you provide. You are responsible for entering correct details; funds sent to incorrect details you provided cannot be recovered.

We never ask you to pay a fee, tax or deposit in order to release a withdrawal. If anyone claiming to represent Sound Traders asks you to do so, contact support immediately.

Some features, such as the Trading Room, copy trading and live trading, may require an active monthly membership subscription where one is enabled on your account.

If your subscription expires, those features are paused until you renew. Your balance, deposits and withdrawals always remain available regardless of subscription status.

Subscription amounts are shown in your account currency.

Cryptocurrency and copy trading involve substantial risk. Prices move quickly and you can lose some or all of the funds you trade with.

Past performance of any trader, plan or strategy is not a guarantee of future results. Nothing on this platform is financial advice.

Demo balances are virtual funds for practice only and cannot be withdrawn.

You must not use the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful purpose; attempt to access another person's account; manipulate trades, prices, or other users; or abuse the Trading Room, chat or support channels.

We may freeze deposits and withdrawals, suspend, or close accounts that violate these terms, and where required report activity to the relevant authorities.

If your account is frozen for a terms violation, you can still log in and view your balance, but withdrawals are blocked until the freeze is lifted. A suspension blocks access to the account entirely.

You may contact support to appeal a freeze or suspension.

We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always available on this page, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
